I recently had a scheduled maintenance appointment. The technician called and said he was 22 minutes away. My wife and I were out finishing a late lunch and headed back. We then got a call and said the van broke down. Interesting because he was already on his way but hey I guess things happen but probably was a lie. Rescheduled for the next day between 1 and 2. I left a message to see if the tech was still coming. No return call and no show. Yes there was a tropical storm on its way but 2 days later and no return call. I will not use this company because I do not trust them for my ft myers, FL work. Oh and by the way they installed 2 hvac systems for us and still....

They have been doing my AC maintenance for 2 years in Bonita National. Nothing but good things to say. Something happened a year ago when they left my AC shut off, however they came back free of charge and got it working again.
They have always been on time. Communication via email is much easier for me, and they reply quickly. No BS, no upselling. In and out, and one of them was nice enough to leave me a small bottle of AC drain cleaner to pour in during my filter changes. This helps get rid of the bacteria that clogs the pipes.
Recommended for sure.
