        This hotel and service were disgusting, front desk staff rude and condescending. The Russian manager was even worse. They discriminate against people with disabilities. I filed a complaint with the ADA. Dont stay here. You have been warned. Especially if you are disabled.

        Unless you absolutely need to be near the Aventura Mall this is a terrible choice. The traffic in the immediate area is nothing short of astonishing. There are more hotels than Starbucks in south Florida, you can easily do better at this price point. The room was fine except for the torn sheets. Dont put anyone you like on the pullout unless you want to watch them suffer. If you wear glasses you might want to read those containers on the wall of the shower before getting in. (Youd think someone would eventually suggest bold print on those).

        Front desk were hospitable. Rooms were small but clean and all utilities working. Self parking for $20 a night right beside the hotel. Heated outdoor pool was large and should one want to do laps, one would get a meaningful exercise. Aventura Mall is right beside the property, easily walkable. Overall, fun experience, will stay again.
