Went there and there were 2 tellers but one was working with technician but no one acknowledged the customers because I needed to see someone else . So I told them what I needed and they replied I had to see another person so I sat and waited and apparently the 2 people that handle that were on lunch and this was right before 5.

This is the worst and only branch were not only they dont have staff to help customers, also the person in charge of this branch seems to be so frustrated that shows in his customer care, not leaving the desire to come back to do any business here ! I have been doing business with this bank for over 10 years and never experienced such a low level of service.
