First Horizon Bank

This Bank has a very strange culture. They treat everyone like they are suspicious of them, they ask you questions in a very intrusive ambiguous way, feels like you being interrogated by the FBI where you are the main suspect only because you have $500 cash or trying to get a cashier check for $500. It's really weird/funny, because the plantation branch and aventura are the same. you cannot have $100 dollar cash because they treat you like you money laundering... LOL

I have been there several times and wonder why the branch mgr has not retired yet. She seems angry and tired all the time. I have never seen her smile and she is always rasing her voice at her staff especially Ginger, who is just as pleasant as can be. Send grumpy Kathy to leadership school... she desperately needs it. Just too rude to be a manager. Not sure how those workers deal with it but I feel bad for them. The 1 star is for the mgr... otherwise I would give 4 1/2.

Wont give you a debit card even though their website says they will. They will give you attitude though.

We have had the best experience with a financial institution. Kathy the branch manager is amazing. She helps us with our business account every time we need help and Iberia has even financed a commercial property purchase for us. Highly recommend this bank.
