Horrible branch Bessie should be fired immediately. I was in line and watched as an elderly lady had to stand in line for 15 min while bessi happily chatted away on the phone, then she was rude to the customer as she cashed her check

So incredibly disorganized.  It has taken two of us a number of hours and trips to accomplish things that really should not have taken more than a half hour in one visit.  Multiple mistakes and then surprise reactions when we point them out.  The requirements and amounts have changed multiple times.  Also their branches are not all equal, like a real bank, some tasks can only be done at a certain location.The people are friendly, sure, but are apparently not well trained at their jobs.

Jason was very rude told me that there's nothing he can do about missing money in my account it was gone and there's nothing you can do about it when it's obvious the tellers are taking the money
