The UPS Store

I have normally been a fan of these locations, but not so much here. I came in here this morning in order to use one of their self-serve computers so that I could print out a document. No such luck here because they don't exist. The single employee behind the counter was somewhat short and rood with me when I inquired about it. The music was loud inside of the store, and it seemed like the place was set up for the employees' enjoyment and not so much to serve their customers.

The employees are really good. One of them is really nice. If you are looking for a PO Box this is not a good choice. All my stuff gets delivered next door and sometimes the attendant who is very nice will walk over and get the packages. But literally more than half the time I never received the package and you can't file a claim because it's the same address and technically it was delivered. I imagine the mail person at the main 455 address, which is some sort of office building has stolen countless packages intended for the UPS Store

Easy, smooth process

Scheduled a 9:00am appointment for passport photo. No one was in the store when I arrived (scheduled to open at 9:00). The worker didn't show up until 9:15 and there was a large crowd of people waiting to drop of packages. Even when she arrived, she didn't open the doors for another 10 minutes. She acted like there was no rush and couldn't be bothered. I just walked to the FedEx in Penn Quarter instead. 10x better experience with management and service there.
