        DO NOT SHIP FROM THIS LOCATION. They dont care about peoples stuff at all. I paid them to pack and ship my diplomas and was assured that they would pack them in a way to protect the glass and frame. This is how they arrived.

        This location has INSUFFICIENT PACKING SUPPLIES with only Large sized FedEx boxes. I paid for included shipping in a bubble mailer and the employee replaced my order with a large box, doubling the cost of my shipping in a charge they unilaterally made to my account almost a week later. Since FedEx removed email support for eBay accounts there is no recourse. When I called the location to have them fix their own mistake I was told to contact the customer support which already wont help me.
