        Nice room and service. Great walk to the ball field. Wasn't expecting the windows, doors, and mirrors to vibrate til midnight on the 6th floor due to the Rowhouse below.

        My experience could not have been more different than many of the reviews here. Staff was competent, room was impeccable and comfortable, and they seem to be addressing the party problem with a waiver at check-in. Neighborhood is not great and doesn't have much within a block or two, but was an easy safe walk to the ballpark.

        The rooms are very comfortable, it has nice view of the navy yard area. They many restaurants around, walkable. The parking is limited in that area, while the valet parking overnight is about $65 per night. Getting an overnight parking spot is a challenge around. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay here Rooms: Very comfortable Nearby activities: The navy yard is very close Food & drinks: The in house restaurant is okay, they are plenty around to explore

        Dried stains from food still stuck on the desk lamp and on the switch plate cover. A dead bug was also on my bed. Im sure this has been unnoticed since no cleanning person ever noticed it. If I could give this rating no stars, yes I would! Cleanliness should be prioritized and important in the tourism industry!!!
