      image Went there with my parents. My dad forgot wallet(containing USD(american dollars) and BRL(brazilian currency)) in the safebox. Called a couple days later and they said the safebox were opened other night by guest request and that nothing were retrieved as the guest could have said that was theirs(nive protocol by the way, not checking the safebox when cleaning the room and before other guests arrives, but who needs protocols, right?). After complaining and talking to managers, they "investigated" and found my BRL. But how if the guests said was theirs? Until now, couldn`t retrieve neither my USDs, nor BRLs. But yes, go there if want to get stolen. Nice place.
      Safety: Don`t trust staff.

      image This place makes you feel wealthy. The service is just too good. Nice breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. The beds are pretty good, too. It has a gym, a pool(a bit small) and the food is so good. Like I felt uncomfortable when I first arrived, and this place made me feel like I'm at home when I got my room. Highly recommended. I do have one complaint about the water there. It smells and tastes like chlorine, and it makes you pretty gassy.
