My first visit was very good. Very friendly staff, nice breakfast & common areas. I stayed in tower suite 3rd floor overlooking P street. Room was fine. Just needs bedside lighting & charging ports. Management says that's coming soon. I'll be back!

I was looking forward to staying at this hotel as I've passed by a few times and its exterior looks amazing - unfortunately the service doesn't live up to this and ended up causing a lot of time going to waste. Overall, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
PROS:
- Location, location, location (which is where the first star came from)
- The hotel's exterior looks really nice
- The room is clean and tidy (which is where the other star came from)
CONS:
- When we arrived at 3pm, we ended at waiting 15 - 20 mins before our room can be cleaned, so were just sitting in the lobby, waiting...
- The wait happened again when we checked out at 11am (i.e. the time when everyone is checking out). We wanted to leave our suitcases behind, but no one was at the front desk, for 15 minutes. There are a few other tourists looking for the same, so it just ended up resembling a bunch of travellers waiting for a delayed train which is kind of funny to be honest.
- No hairdryer in the room. My partner took a shower at 2:30am in the morning and realized there is no hairdryer in the room - called the front desk and they just said "sorry i cant' help" (?!?!). Took a look at my booking confirmation again - it lists hairdryer as an amenity so I'm not sure why. But she ended up not being able to sleep until 3:30am as we had to wait for her hair to dry.
- The frontdesk team can be a hit or miss. Some of them are fine but a few of them are, to be honest, pretty rude.
- They offer complimentary breakfast (which I didn't have - because it was only 7:30am - 9:30am and I haven't woke up), but a few other tourists I met in the lobby told me when they arrived 9am there's nothing left because it was "first-come-first served". So either be there (early) or be square.
