Just a wonderful experience from the beautiful neighborhood, lovely accommodations, gracious staff, delicious breakfast dining experience hosted by Laura (owner)who is generous with her knowledge of all that is Washington DC! Rooms: Comfortable, well appointed and quiet. Classic decor fitting this historic treasure. Nearby activities: Variety of restaurants for most tastes and interesting shops to browse. Safety: Nice neighborhood from lovely homes to walk in to restaurant shop areas well attended. Walkability: Quiet neighborhood with lovely homes and amble sidewalks and street lights. Food & drinks: Walking distance to variety of good restaurants and lovely shops! The neighborhood is perfect for walks!

We needed a convenient place to stay for a conference when the hotel that was hosting the conference sold out. A search turned up this B&B, and we are so glad we found it! The owners and staff are gracious and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. And the breakfast was very good. Also, the location is perfect for us. Lots of nearby restaurants and attractions, and xlose to the Metro. Also, the rooms and parking are reasonably priced. Rooms: The rooms are beautifully furnished and are very comfortable. Loved having a white noise machine. There are plenty of outlets and a charging station for your devices as well. Walkability: The Woodley Park Guest House is convenient to some great restaurants, the Metro, and lots of local attractions. Noteworthy details: There are parking spaces at the guest house, and the daily rate is very reasonable.
