Best of the best! From reservation,reception,service,food,vibe,price,also the bill (half of restaurants we had in DC tip percent counted after tax, here is very honest) Portion for me is too big,but I tried my best to finished all .desert and coffee was wonderful

Went here for dinner and was not impressed. Bread was stale, I actually cut the inside of my mouth on a piece of it. I ordered the steak frites and the steak was not seasoned and served a bit cold. Salad that came with the entree was drenched in dressing, frites were well seasoned - but the seasoning was not good, it almost tasted like sour cream and onion chip flavoring. Crme brle for dessert was delicious, but the presentation was underwhelming. Giving this place two stars really for the service and the atmosphere but the food overall was lackluster.

We went here recently to celebrate with some friends who had eloped. The atmosphere was very classy and would also make a great date night. Low lighting, very elegant great style. I had the duck con fit which was highly recommended. I enjoyed it but could have done with some different sides with the duck, maybe something with a bit of a different texture. My husband loves the steak and it seemed to disappear almost immediately, so much so I did not get to even try it. Our waiter was very helpful and checked in with our group of 8 often but not in a way that was too much. He was so kind as to bring complimentary champagne for our entire table to toast the bride and groom when I shared the occasion. The restaurant also sent two free desserts out too, delicious ones. The Oreo cheesecake (I believe) came in very large slices, easily shareable. I also ordered the chocolate raspberry mousse which was perfection. If you like the sound of that order your own. The size was perfect as its a rich combination, but not a piece for sharing. Delicious and I do recommend!
