Needs to improve their ordering and service processes, taking too much time for simple orders and not organized how the beverages and food will come out. Food was good

Cramped, chaotic, with an awkward queuing system that means shuffling out the way of other punters and diners whilst you wait 10 minutes for three drinks
Hated this place- uncaring, slow service that feels like a conveyor belt for pricey drinks. Avoid.

Super crowded inside, food was very clearly old, cashier was also quite rude. Tea was EXTREMELY watered down, tasted like pure water.

It has nothing in common with a French cafe, unfortunately. Looks more like an attempt to fool tourists and don't really care about food quality or service. Food and coffee are very mediocre and overpriced, and it takes a significant amount of time to get your order. I wish this place could be managed better.
