        I just spent nearly an hour on the phone with a customer service representative to try to resolve a problem with billing. The woman I spoke with was absolutely no help whatsoever. I asked to speak to her superviser and was told that was impossable. Net10 has the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

        You guys don't care about customers, you have the worst customer service. After 11 years as a customer, now I need to transfer my number to another provider, it's been more than 15 attempts on calls and chats during the last two weeks, and you always tell me something different. There is no professionalism, and no one responds, this is a mockery. @Verizon, net10 is going to damage your image, NET10 is the worst

        Net 10 I've had services with them 10+ yrs excellent service other big name brands make it difficult to purchase network minutes in sales... just use the web.. net 10 is great company
