Why are the store hours not being honored? Its a real waste of time & gas to drive to a store you think is open, but in fact is closed way before time. I got to the store at 4 pm and it closed. On the website, it says they close at 6pm.

Staff told me the case, charger, and screen protector were free. Later checked the receipt and I was charged $150 for them. Also 40% tax? Credit Card dispute incoming.

It may be the best Verizon store ever and the staff may be great but I would never know because although they say they open at 10:00 am, I got there at 10:50 am and the store was locked and no one in sight. I called the store number and the recording said they were helping other customers....yeah, right. It was a wasted trip. Save your time and go somewhere that honors their store hours...wish I had.
