        Went to switch to Metro and the website says they're open till 8, it's not even 7:30.... Happy to switch my rating if there's an explanation. Update: I sent an email to the owner based on their reply to my orriginal comment. It's been 5 days and I haven't heard back, so I'm leaving my original rating and I'll just going to go with another carrier.

        WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I came in because I received a text about getting an upgrade. As soon as I came in I was greeted by a lady named Sharon that seemed to look like she was the manager. She had some type of seniority. She was very rude, very disrespectful, she didnt want to show me all the phones that were available for upgrade. If you are in the DC area, PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION by all means!!!!
