The rental car received when originally picked up was filthy. There is no way this car was cleaned inside or out and I truly dont believe anyone there really cared. Trash in console, stained seats and dirty carpet throughout, windows so filthy wiper fluid wont get them clean, and all tire caps missing with low tire pressure. Had to extend it and even showed pictures but no one has done anything to make it right. For what I paid for these 2 months, someone should have done something. I will never rent from here again..didnt have much choice as I was in a jam. Worst rental experience ever; Ive never received a rental in this condition.

The Customer Agents are not welcoming, and dont explain all details on how to return the car, along with where to leave keys.

The manager at this location was extremely helpful with a problem that we had and went above and beyond to help us Heads up to Ms Jones in Wilmington DE Thank you
