Loud and Clear Home Theater Solutions

I had a party coming up over the weekend and did some remodeling of my living room. Part of that remodel was a TV I purchased and needed to have it installed on the wall and have the surround sound wires hidden as well. I purchased the TV on a Monday and called Loud and Clear and spoke to a self proclaimed CEO of Loud and Clear. It sounded like a small company with a few employees which didn't bother me as long as they did good work. We made the appointment for Friday morning and he said he would call me Thursday night to confirm. Thursday came and went with no call. Friday morning, I took off from work, and moved all of the furniture and waited for Tracy's arrival. The appointment was for 10:00. I called his cell phone at 9:30 since I hadn't heard anything and there was no answer. I left a message and continued to wait. I still didn't hear anything so I called the company and talked to an Alby who said they were business partners and he would try to reach him and call me back. No call back from either one. It was now 11:30 (an hour and a half after they were supposed to arrive) and I called the cell phone and the company and reached no one. I decided to call another company, Conklin Home Installations, who were able to come out that day and they did an amazing job. It is now 4 days since Loud and Clear were supposed to be at my home and I still have not received a call to apologize or even an explanation. This is an awful company that apparently will work when they want to and if you aren't a priority then you won't even receive a call back. Terrible customer service and professionalism.
