        Extremely poor service! Sales manager by the name of Kumar, consistently lied several times about having a certain product and promo in order to fulfill his own personal sales goal. ( which is impossible since the store is located in the back corner of the shopping center) now I see why this place doesn't get any traffic. As a former regional manager, I asked to speak to his regional manager and he told me in order to speak with them I needed to call customer service! This guy is a complete joke...if you want honest sales reps and the phone you want , just go to the metro pcs thats located in front of the shopping center. At least you'll know you'll get good service!
