        Employees don't wanna work, Closes at 7pm but the worker rushed outside to tell us their closed at 6pm... Totally has nothing to do with his woman in the parking lot waiting for him smh

        Went here to add a 2nd line for my daughter for Christmas. I believe his name was Tyler told me I would need to pay 600-700 for the phone. Mind you I just got a brand new phone about 7 months ago and paid $0.00. He said you only have $83 in tmobile reward money on your account. He said I guess you don't want to pay that? Absolutely not! So I left. Went to Christiana mall was told I had more then the $83 Tyler told me i had. Called customer care and was told I had $838 on my account! I got my daughters phone! This is PRIME example of someone trying to get commission off of you by telling you straight lies! When i callled to address it to him he said "okay and what do you want me to do"?! Never again will go to the smyrna tmobile!

        I will never shop at this store again. My phone was having connection issues and would not connect unless it was connected to wifi. I called customer care who shipped me a new phone to the Smyrna store through my warranty. I got there and the young lady tried to tell me she couldn't give me the replacement phone because there was a scratch on my phone and I would have to file an insurance claim. She went in the back and got who I assume was her manager who was very rude. There wasn't a scratch on my phone! I called customer care and they couldn't figure out why this store wouldn't replace my phone with the one shipped and they kept saying there was a scratch on my screen. Customer care told me to go to one of the corporate stores because the manager was being uncooperative. I went to the Dover location who checked my phone and replaced my phone with no issues or fees! They also let me know that they get several complaints from customers about the service at the Smyrna location. My advice is to stay far away from this location because their service is horrible!
