Came there to Get a cashiers check for a new car after my previous one was totaled. Kristen was very nice & patient with my situation. She was apologetic for it took time. I totally understood for I was asking for a lot and understood if there were any kind of suspicion. Her and Kristina asked a few questions, I happily complied! They were simply doing their job and I respect that! Thanks as well to Jill whom I believe was their manager! She was also nice! Everything turned out great and was able to get my new car thanks to yall!

The manager not only lied to my face and gave me a hard time, but called the police on me when I was just standing there waiting for Mr. Brown, who stood me up on my scheduled appointment. While I was waiting there quietly minding my own business, the manager accosted me rudely and informed me that PNC Bank does not serve my kind -- people who have disabilities -- and then called the local police and had me removed from the property. The police officer just told me "they don't want you here" and said I could call somewhere to complain. I just glared at him for his snide remark and not upholding the law. People can be so friggin' mean, you know? And for what, I didn't do anything wrong! Anyway, the staff are excessively slow, unprofessional, and were blatantly discriminatory against me for my medical condition. They denied me service because of my disability; I guess the bank manager just decided she was entitled to legally tell me this and do this to me despite the Americans with Disabilities Act. And now they make me wait days before allowing me to close my account. I am not litigious, but I can at least try to warn others to not do business here! I even literally asked them, saying I had thousands in cash I wanted to deposit right away, and they just told me that they do not want my money or me as a customer. Because I have a medical condition. Or I don't know, maybe it's my skin color. Honestly, any excuse is unprofessional. But I did get the distinct impression they were trying to tell me that PNC Bank is becoming insolvent soon, so just a heads up to you, it might be a good idea to withdraw in cash while you can... (And can you believe it, they issued me a bank account number ending in 666? LOL! Fun times...)
