PNC Bank - CLOSED

They make you feel like a shoplifter when you try to cash a check.. can't stand any pnc bank..

My mother had a stroke during the thanksgiving holiday and that caused her not to be able to write for the moment. Her name is Isabell Myster. So I am her son and I was searching for a branch location that was close to my house.so we saw this location and made a appointment in which was today 1/19/21 and Mrs.Susan Tigani approach us with a smile and said come with her. she listen very careful to what my mother was explaining to her and she we went out way to make sure my mom was taken care of with her Inability to write checks or sign anything. she made a phone call to another branch to find a solution and that she did.not only that she took time to show my mother the ATM machine outside there office to show her how to use her to new bank card in which my mom so moved with compassion. They also Reminisced about the old Mellon bank in the Philadelphia downtown area and so appreciate my moms 41 years of being with PNC bank. so both me and my mom want to thank MRS.Susan Tigani for her very good customer service and wish her the very best and continue success with the PNC back company and if her boss is reading this I could definitely see her as a branch manager. Thank you again. P.s will will definitely be returning to see her.
