        98% of drive up orders take at least 30 minutes to recieve, regardless of time of day or how busy it is. If they can't find parts of your already picked order in their staging area, they cancel it, bring you whatever part of it they can find and don't tell you anything about it.

        I used to really like to shop there, but feel that it's now that competitively priced anymore and customer service (hate to say that) is better at Walmart, a store that I try to avoid as well. No wonder people shop on Amazon. Customer service is the last differentiator and when that's lacking there is no reason to walk into a store anymore.
