There's a new girl that works there with black hair and black glasses. She is very rude and gives you her opinion that is not asked for. She just doesn't care. I had to walk out . I can't believe she works with the public.

Quest diagnostics has partnered with Rite Aid for PCR testing. It is terribly disorganized. Sick person is to walk in and through to the back of the store to the pharmacy to pick up an at-home mail-in test kit. It is all set up in advance on line, or so one is led to believe, as one schedules the appointment. Pharmacist was unaware and confused about kind of test scheduled and further stated insurance had not been accepted. Had to call Quest, stand around on hold for at least 10 minutes, to confirm my insurance was valid. My test was not ready for pick up the minute I walked into the store; after we got the insurance blip worked out, pharmacist then took more time to print out and stick on labels. Pharmacist unknowingly gave me two tests/ test tubes: one she handed to me with directions, and the other was inside the Quest return mail-in box. Ended up doing both tests, wrote a note to Quest to only charge for one. Had to mail them in myself via FedEx to Quest, calling FedEx first to notify of pick up location. Put samples in drop box at 10:30 am and FedEx did not come to retrieve them it till 5:45 pm. My sample collections sat in the sun in 100 degree heat all day, which impacted the results. I would not go to this drug store to get a Covid PCR test. The pharmacy is not well aligned with Quest to make this a smooth transaction, and the pharmacist makes you feel like you have the plague. In truth, a sick person with COVID should NOT be walking through and standing around a drug store waiting to pick up a test as this puts others at risk. There was nothing simple, easy or well organized about this: save your time and find another location.
