I take care of elderly people who do their best to remain in their homes. Most of my clients do not own a computer nor can they afford an additional bill for internet. We were turned away at other Walgreens bc we were told we needed to make appointments online. When i explained my client did not have a computer, we were told to find someone with a computer. We went to Quaker Lane and we met the most kind and empathetic woman in the pharmacy named Kimberly who went beyond the extra mile to help my client with his vaccinations. He was so grateful for kimberly's kindness and empathy and bc of that he now insist we go to Quaker lane . As a caregiver I cant Thank Kimberly enough for being so kind and for treating my client with dignity.

Although I would give one star for the very rude shift lead Paula at the photo counter doing FedEx orders, I have to give the extra star for the other workers who werent rude. She stated twice with 6 packages I brought in I dont know if we have room for all of this when I brought 7 just last week and the guy working was very nice. As a manager, these people in customer service environments should not be in them. Get better people in and get rid of the garbage attitude workers.

The older blonde lady with poor posture is so rude. Such an attitude is unacceptable.
