Horrible experience. Molly Kate was so nice and great the first time I went in to open an account. She was friendly and helpful. That was the only positive interaction. They needed my husband to come in to sign paperwork to be on the account as well. Understood. Hard for him to get in during their hours as he works long days. We made it in, the computer broke down, so they had to do some old paperwork. No problem. The lady who helped us commented on my children and baby in the belly. There is no baby in the belly............then I get a call that the paperwork didn't go through and we needed to come back and sign again. It turns out we hadn't put anything in the two other accounts we opened in 45 days, so they close it. That is not really unreasonable, except for the fact that there's not one courtesy warning, reminder, etc from an automated system or otherwise. I called Molly Kate back after she had reached out to me and she said she'd look into things. Well do you think she bothered to call back? NO! Useless place all around. I wish our West Coast credit union was local. I'm sorry I ever bothered with this branch and bank.
