        I needed to get into my safe deposit box to retrieve my passport in order to make a business trip. I found out yet again today being Monday the bank was totally closed for the day. The ATM was also not accepting any deposits. Never mind the bank being closed on Saturdays which makes me wonder if I should switch banks with TD Bank which is open Saturday and Sundays and is just up the street.

        I never do reviews since Im in the customer service world myself, but rudest lady teller there ! So snotty and unaccommodating when Im more than a loyal customer to Bank of America while just doing a few transactions while holding my infant baby . Will never go back there again and will definitely take out some of my accounts worst customer service person !
