I have lived at Rose Hill for almost 2 years and it has been such a positive experience (especially since its my first time living away from home). The staff is always friendly and sweet, they address any issues in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend Rose Hill to anyone looking for a good apartment.

Horrible office staff! Sweet and helpful when applying, absolute snobs afterwards. I have downstairs neighbors that play loud music, slam doors all day long, and love to smoke weed (which filters right up into my apt) and argue all the time. You can hear EVERYTHING in these apartments!! When I first moved in, I made several complaints, which were handled right away. But then when I would complain, the office staff would get annoyed at my calls, so I've stopped calling.
When filing a maintenance request for no heat (it was 27 degrees last night!), I was told that in order for the maintenance guy to come out, I would have to remove my dogs from the premises. It wasn't sufficient enough to have them in their crates. If I had not been home today to do this, then their maintenance guy wouldn't be out until the following day. Absolutely ridiculous! Oh, and not to mention that I submitted another work order at the same time because the heating elements on the stovetop are not working right (they turn on and only seem to have one setting...HIGH... and they won't turn down to low. Burned food often!). Maintenance confirmed that they turned on and called it "fixed ". I gave up trying to explain it.
Trust me. Don't come here, you will regret it. I will not be renewing.

I've lived here for two years and will not be renewing me lease! BOTH Kim's in the office are nice at first, but turns out they are quite rude. I've never see such an unprofessional management team.
They have taken away 1/3 of the parking spots when they repaved, so parking is super inconvenient. They send out threating emails weekly, And cars keep getting broken into yet their are no cameras. The pool rules/hours are ridiculous, and also change weekly.
They raise rent every year and it's not worth it at all especially for the small size. Good luck if u have up stairs neighbors, you can hear EVERYTHING. Definitely don't recommend!
