DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! WORST FUNERAL COMPANY IN NEW HAVEN CT , 9/15/2023 was a tragic enough day for our family & they did the ultimate worst . They did not make sure our plot was dug. They never contact the cemetery we waited 3hours along with our funeral guests for them to come and dig our plot that was paid for YEARS AGO & then had to wait for them to call rocckyhill ct to get our vault delivered. They didnt drop the ball with collecting our money tho . Not to mention They had his body for 3 days prior to us going in to pick caskets an make arrangement they then showed us caket we picked 1 we loved . 3 days after when we went to pay they then told us the casket can't fir him so we had to purchase a casket we hated . All because we didn't like there out dated hearse and there limo so we declined those services from them an seeked accommodation else where and that's when they suddenly noticed his caket wasn't for his size . Repass an everything had to be extended an all they offered was to reimburse our additional expenses So now the game is on. While we should be starting our healing we are dealing with this emotional Rollercoaster

MY MOTHER PASS AWAY BACK IN 2014, I CAME TO THE MC MCLAM FUNERAL HOME AND GOD IS THE GLORY THEY DID US BEAUTIFULLY. Everything was BEAUTIFUL. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE BLESSINGS WORK YALL PUT IN HELPING ME AT MY MOST DIFFICULT TIME

If I could have given 10 Stars I would have, a friend of mine's father passed away and this funeral home was second to none. There was a band and people singing, I experienced so many different emotions from crying laughing singing and tapping my foot I left exhilarated, I've never left a funeral feeling this way. What an absolute blessing, funerals don't need to be sad and gloomy. I recommend this funeral home highly.
