Bill (R.I.P) & Mark took great care & compassion during my mom's funeral. They took the time to LISTEN & explained every detail clearly & they made the entire process very memorable and comfortable. Abiding by the "Golden Rule", I highly recommend this firm to those in need.

This is a business that has been serving the New Haven community for many years. They are located in a beautiful old house near the center of the city.  They have ample parking and the staff was friendly when I went to a wake there yesterday.  The building was clean and well maintained.

The staff was disgustungly insensitive. They made several derogotory comments throughout the day.While approaching the burial site, a member of the staff carelessly and very loudly joked about the hardness of breaking the ground that day. Shortly thereafter, a moment of mourning and extreme sadness at the cemetery was aggressively interrupted by a the oldest member of the staff, shouting, "Alright folks, let's wrap it up here so the gravediggers can finish their job," while members of the grieving family bawled. It was truly upsetting. The fact that a day of honoring such an incredible person's life was truncated by the behavior of an institution responsible and compensated for the inverse. We hope that they will reevaluate their behavior.
