I can't say enough good things about Iovanne Funeral Home and its staff. Billy, Cliff, and everyone there are truly gifted with kindness and compassion toward families of the deceased. We have been using their services for many decades, and we couldn't be more pleased. Most recently, my Mom passed. Billy and I cried on the phone together. He insisted on going to get her late in the evening because he didn't want her to be alone. That meant the world to me. Mom didn't look like herself after having suffered a long illness. I couldn't believe the care Billy took in making her look at least 15 years younger. Perfectly done make-up, he curled her hair, and even polished her nails! He knew that's how Mom would have wanted to look. He even said some very kind words about Mom at the end of the service. I'm so surprised at the sevice of Iovanne's funeral. Unprofessional and Ignorant. Bill Jr. got in my face and pulled me by the arm on the front steps of the church on our way out. His dad was very professional and personal for many years of burying my family members. I will never do business with him again.
