      image I'd like to recognize Stephen for his professionalism and making it easy to work with T-Mobile. Multiple times, I have been sent by other associates from the store to the phone and vice versa. Stephen called the reps with me in store and handled an account issue I had. I was there a bit after closing, not realizing it would take so long, but he was patient and efficient. I will be going out of my way to visit him, even though I have another store closer. Thanks Stephen!
