We bought a Jeep 4ex one year ago. It just stopped working it simply would not turn on. Its still under warranty.. We dropped it off 7-1/2 weeks ago and they still have not fixed the car. They ignore our calls. We called Jeep corporate. They were not much more help. They will not give a car to loan us in the meantime . This has been the worst experience we have ever had with a car hands down. It feels like they have stolen our car. No compensation at all whatsoever. We are in limbo . Terrible service. Dan please call my husband. Seem to be ignoring him.

I am back now to add to my review of Gengras Jeep and their great salesman Mohamed Salama and Frank Zanin the Finance Manager here in April of 2024. I had to get a replacement Jeep for my daughter after hers was totaled in an accident. Mohamed begin working on finding the exact Jeep in color, make and model that we wanted last Friday at nighttime 4/29/24 when I first alerted him, and he had the new vehicle shipped from another store and we closed the deal and drove off the lot yesterday Thursday 4/4/24 -- less than 1 week from my request! Truly amazing how Mohamed and Gengras moved that quickly and efficiently. They were also fair with me on the price, which is refreshing given that we had to replace another vehicle. As always Mohamed was on the ball. Timely responding to my calls, texts, and emails. He also kept his word to me throughout the process, which is very rare with most car salesmen. I truly am blown away by how well Mohamed handled this for us. He is kind, understanding and gets things done. A true man of action. Seeing the smile on my daughter's face as she drove away with her replacement vehicle so quickly was a relief. Thank, thank you Mohamed, you are truly a special guy and good at your profession. Frank, the finance manager, was also as always on point, courteous, friendly, efficient and professional. He made the experience so easy and processed it all quickly. I have purchased and leased a lot of vehicles in my life, so I can say with confidence that the Gengras experience is unparalleled compared to any other dealership with whom I have dealt. Mohamed and Frank are tremendous assets to this organization, and for their hard work my family and I are truly grateful. I highly recommend these guys, now with the benefit of having leased 5 vehicles from Gengras. I had a really great experience at Gengras Jeep. Mohamed Salama, my salesman, was phenomenal. This is the 3rd vehicle that he has handled for our family, having done an amazing job on our first Jeep for our oldest daughter. Not only is he a pleasure to deal with, but he returns phone calls, emails, and texts in a timely fashion. He was very good about keeping me informed on the status of the vehicles and when they would arrive. In every way, he went above and beyond the call of duty, providing me with topflight service. Most importantly my twins loved the Jeeps he ordered for us, as he was careful to get the right color and correct features. The finance manager also did a great job with us, along with the rest of the team there that helped us with the Jeep app and going over the features of the vehicle. Interacting with a car dealership and vehicle salesman often can be a pain, but Mohamed was nothing like that. He made the whole experience painless and easy from beginning to end. As a business owner myself, who puts quality service to my clients as vital, I found that Mohamed provided that same care to my family and me.
