I recently purchased a 2012 Ford XT handicap equipped van in East Hartford, CT. My sales representative was Sheldon Saddler. He made the process smooth, we felt his only objective was our safety and happiness. Sheldon was detailed oriented, if something was missing or wrong he fixed it immediately. Usually you hate buying a new van, but not in this case. I was completely reassured. A special thanks to Tony and the service department for preparing the van ensuring its drivability and making me feel I was the important person in this equation.

Will and his team put us in a great, low mile, used (beautiful) van and even delivered it to our home. He went above and beyond. This is our 3rd van in many years all have been awesome.

Went on Saturday, they were suppose to be open till 1pm. Got there are 12 noon and doors closed and no sign. Lost a customer. Going somewhere else.
