Chrysler Gengras Motors

Had issues with my bluetooth connectivity. Requested to resolve this and upgrade the u- connect software. I called to verify if all the issues are fixed before pick up and they said.. oh yes everything works perfectly.. Then after pick up i realised nothing is fixed and i have all the problems when i dropped my car for service.They claim the software upgrade is done and charged me around $80 I tried explaining that the issues are not fixed in my car. They kept on saying that the software is upgraded ..then i slowly realised its just waste of time. Very disappointed with the service provided
