Loyal Duke Lodge

To be honest, we love this place. We are a young family with a dog. Loyal Duke has given us a safe and comfortable place close to our favorite mountain. The rooms are good for the price. The bathrooms could use some love. Beds are comfortable, but I highly advise to bring your own pillows. Staff are 5 star all around. From the Front Desk Agents to the facilities crew, every seems very nice and happy. Our kids cant get enough of the pool as its super warm and clean. 1 indoor soaking tub and 2 nice outdoor hot tubs with jets. All seem very clean and well maintained. Would love to see some updates for the bathrooms and maybe some better pillows. I highly recommend this place. Rooms: Bathrooms need updating. Beds are very nice. Floors and rooms are clean. Safety: Feels safe and quiet at night. As always I take extra caution at any hotel I and make sure my stuff is locked and put away. Food & drinks: Breakfast is simple. Toast, muffins and cereal at the hotel. Not much around for breakfast. Within walking distance to a few good restaurants. 5 minute drive to most parts of town for other food options. Noteworthy details: Right next to a park, hot springs pool, and a bomb Mexican food place with 600 feet of the hotel.

Good view. Good pool. Good jacuzzi area. We have just adopted a puppy and we was looking for a PET friendly hotel for the first time and we were delighted with this one. The rooms are clean and spacious, Excellent location, we don't ask for more for a nice whole family weekend :)

Staff is friendly, rooms are clean but a bit dated and very simple. Beds were comfy. Great location. Honestly works for the price. The pool and hot tub were a great addition. I cannot stress how much i recommend to get a top floor room. There was a small family of elephants staying above us and we were up at too early on our relaxing getaway because of that (some peoples kids, am i right) Other than that, everything was good.
