This hotel looks modern. Overall cleanliness needs improvement. Thankfully I brought a bottle of Lysol disinfectant spray to sanitize the high traffic area. We are sad that the room is not cleaned and bed not made daily. The fridge is not working and one of the wardrobe handles is damaged. Hot breakfast from 6am to 10am is something we appreciate. They serve oatmeals, scrambled eggs, bacons, toast and waffle. Indoor pool is on lobby level and next to the gym. I dont like the windows where those at the gym can see the pool. Our room is on level 3 but we are annoyed by the noise from the room right above us. Their footsteps are heavy and imagine you can hear the vacuum noise so clearly. Parking is free. Nearby activities: Try Quincy steak dinner just opposite the hotel

Good hotel that's close to some good restaurants. Not far from Monarch Ski resort

The hotel wasn't bad, but it wasn't excellent either. It was sort of in the middle. The person we met at check in was not too welcoming but the person we met at checkout was. The room was great. It was nice and tidy. The bathroom was not that great, but compatible. The toilet was not comfortable and did not flush well. The shower was dark once you closed the curtain and was rusted along the sides. Breakfast was bad. It was messy and the options weren't that great. There wasn't really a wide variety of food either. Overall, the hotel was fine, but it just didn't meet with the usual standards of Hampton Inn.
