Definitely don't recommend they pull trash bags out of our trash can then leave them on our curb I understand not throwing what's inside the trash can, but not throwing what's inside the trash can is sad. Don't waste your money with these people.

Took my can away with no bill an no notification they were doing so. Very unprofessional.

I've had their service for over a year and I was happy with them. Then in January I couldn't pay for a couple weeks. So on 2-20-2024 I called and paid to have service restored access was told they'd deliver the can Friday the 23rd then picked up Monday morning. I realized Friday evening when I got home there was no can. So they didn't pitch up trash Monday. I called and the last that answered apologized and said it was her mistake she forgot to put the order in she would take care of it. Same thing happens this week. I call Monday no answer. Today Tuesday 3-5-2024 I get a call back saying they're giving me a refund because of some"problems with me in the past"! There has never been an issue to my knowledge I don't see the trash guys and I've never been told there was a problem. She says she couldn't tell me the issue, wouldn't let me speak to a manager, and hung up on me. These people are horrible!

Very affordable and always on time!!!! I forgot to take my trash to the curb and they still picked it up from my driveway!

7years later no problem, there's Ben time I'm late on my bill and I understand I will miss my pick up that week or so. Tammy the office lady is very helpful and kind when taking care of my bill over the phone! Other then that my trash is always on curb and pick up by the young guys !!! Thank you!
