        Absolute TERRIBLE Service/Customer Service!! They NEVER answer their phone or return voicemails. Chelsea is EXTREMELY Rude & VERY Unprofessional!! We have always paid for our service in a timely manner but NEVER Got What We Paid For...Our Trash has piled up on numerous occasions for 3-4 weeks at a time. If they did by chance “Pick Up” our trash, they would leave random trash all over the ground!! If it was my choice, I wouldn’t even give them 1 Star!!

        The customer service is horrendous since the ownership switch. Every problem is blamed on the old employees. I've been using this company for 2 years with not a single issue with the old owners now, the girl who works in the office is unorganized and very unprofessional. When I asked how much I was paying so I could shop around she completely stopped helping me. Shopping for new service.

        We haven’t had our trash picked up in just about a month now. They will not answer our calls and the one time we did get ahold of them they claimed they would get it the following Saturday and still haven’t retrieved it.
