I couldnt be happier so far with our trash service. The customer service was great when I ordered service. Thank you to the lady I spoke to- you were wonderful. They dropped our can on the day they said they would. But best of all they have been bringing my trash can back up to my house after they dump it!!! Ive never ever had service like that. With the wind we get here in Pueblo west.. this is a huge help. So thank you to the guys that take care of my route!!! To me, that is above and beyond!!! Im not a huge review person (this is me trying to be better and do my part!). This one definitely deserved my attention!!!! Thank you!!!!!

Rude rude rude paid for service they constantly miss our house weekly three weeks of trash now that they have missed in a row cancelled service today due to this being a constant issue stupid secretary is a real pos do not waste your time with this trash company they are un reliable and not worth the headache and then you reply with lies saying I was behind now thats just ridiculous when weve called every week you missed and hmm I also got a full refund for cancellation of service if I was behind howd I get a full refund you should watch what lies you tell before you get sued for slander and this has been a constant with you company for the last year dont try and save yourself by telling lies grow up and do your job right that would fix the situation and your reviews

Great service all around. They bring the dumpster to house after picking up. Definitely recommend this company.

I'm disabled and I leave the tote outside the fence it's just easier for me. Anyway after they dump it they take the time to put it back! Sometimes little things make a world of difference thank u
