Sunset Park Apartments

These apartments were so very nice but have recently went downhill. They stopped tending the property. The grass is dead, night building lights are out. There is an employee that lives here in building 9 and cant walk to take his trash to the dumpster so he has a small roll away that is over flowing with trash. Any breeze comes along and there is garbage everywhere! He stores all his unwanted junk in front of the building (chairs, kitchen table, shovels, brooms, mops) looks completely ghetto and it is embarrassing to have company. We have made complaints and nothing. Definitely going downhill!

Jaton is great! She takes good care of her tenants but does put up with the trouble makers!

I love living here. The manager is great. She is strict about the rules, but that is what makes it such a great place to live. The maintenance staff is really good. They get the repairs done as soon as possible and when they fix something it stays fixed. I have lived here 4 1/2 years and will stay as long as I can.

My granddaughter and I have lived here for almost 2 months now and I have to say that we absolutely LOVE it here!! Joton is the absolute best landlord I have EVER had! I also can't say enough about her maintenance staff! They are promt, courteous, professional and have made us truly feel at home here! I honestly could not even make up one bad thing to say about anything here. We are truly blessed to a part of this community.
