Belmont Square

THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE! I have been in my apartment for just over a year now and I am always treated with utmost respect by the management and maintenance! I love my apartment, it was clean and had no signs of previous use. The appliances were brand new, the water pressure is amazing, and the property is kept up very well, year round! The complex is quiet and the other neighbors help one another.

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. I had called to see if there were any available apartments and the manager said no and that I would have to be put on a wait list and if I'm not put on a wait list then I can go find somewhere else like a 2bed at [location] for $X or this or that. I mentioned he doesn't need to be telling me what OTHER complexes are offering since he works at this one. I'm asking about THIS complex not the one down the street. He treated me like I was inferior to him and like it was an inconvenience to tell me about the complex THAT HE MANAGES!!! AND INSTEAD wanted to tell me about other places. I told him I wouldn't want to live there and I would never recommend this place to anyone and he said "congratulations."

just wanted to let ppl know that Belmont square will email for the next phase and ask for deposits 300 per pet and 300 for move in plus the application fee and not refund if they deny your app. they have no openings until Feb. thank god I didnt pay the deposits yet just the fee and I havent purchased the renters insurance yet either. it's a scam. they are a scam.

From what I have seen this place is pretty rough and dirty. It is livable, but its not very nice

I don't live here. I have never lived here. But for whatever reason I am in collections for $180 dollars for a "bounced payment" for the application fee when the money was taken out of my account. I never received an email from Belmont square stating there was an issue with the payment either. But here I am sitting in collections for a payment that shows that I paid from my bank.
