    Got priced out after 2 years. Manager was okay, unless you asked her a question she didn't want to answer. For example, one day in January, the temp in my apartment was sitting at 58*F, and when I asked about the heat, she ignored me. When I asked if the cameras outside the building worked, I was ignored (but then the cameras were removed suddenly). When my car was towed from my own parking space and I was trying to figure where it was, she ignored my frantic messages. She's very friendly to your face, of course but if you have a need she doesn't want to deal with or address, she'll just ignore you.

    My son lived there for 2 yrs It was a daily battle. Your car will be towed for something anything- doesn't matter-they will find a reason that of course is your fault. The heat is under their control-get space heaters cause it won't be on when it's cold. The 1 window unit is a joke. Get lots of fans too or you'll sweat all night long. I couldn't wait for him to move out because I was just disgusted by their "bait and switch " business practices. My only regret is the inability to give negative stars. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!

    My 91 year old mother rented an apartment at this complex for over 25 years. She fell on the property broke her hip and her wrist and was hospitalized for over 2 months. We were told that she broke her lease and need to pay the facility a reletting fee of $705. Thanks for your compassion! I did reach out to management, remember?! I was told there was nothing you could do about it & that it made no difference to you. Remember

    They have every kind of bug It seems great at first but they target people and overcharge them to the point of eviction my rents supposed to be about 700 I pay almost a thousand they will illegal tow you're car any chance sneak any extra charge on you're rent also they will turn you're power off pay you're bill and charge you extra for paying it for you plus they have stalkers that live here that follow you my stuffs always stolen it's really depressing not to mention blackouts all the time

    This is literally the worst apartment I ever lived at with the rudest staff. Michelle is basically a step up from a slum lord, won't fix things, lies about work orders, etc. The negative reviews are right. She is very unprofessional in almost every aspect if you ever have an issue but is fake nice until then to get you to sign the lease and shut up. On a related note, thank goodness the law was finally changed though to prevent their predatory towing practices, because they loved to tow people from their assigned spots, then name call and blame people for not having the tags up when they were so bent and designed to fall off, even if they were taped. She can't be bothered to treat people like human beings or accept any wrongdoing for her unprofessional behavior and constant lies to residents. Most of my neighbors hate her with a passion but are too scared of being berated to say anything, because she is truly a terrible person.

I hope to answer some of your questions, although some I would appreciate a call so that I can get further information and do some more investigating. The two that I would like to discuss with you is the heat and the cameras as I am unable to find anything in your account about these two things being brought up. I would be happy to explain anything further in a more detailed phone call. As far as the towing policies, those rules and regulations we regularly send out reminders and updates concerning the tow policies so that all residents are in compliance, this is done via text, emails and letters to doors. I would also like to inform you that the manager you are referring to from your time here is no longer with us. We greatly appreciate your tenancy with us during the 2 years you were with us. Hello Cindy,Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I hope I can clear some things up.While we do have tow policies we make sure that our residents are reminded of those policies to avoid tows during our seasonal letters a few times throughout the year. It is true even if you are a resident, you are susceptible to tows if the policies aren't followed.As far as the heat, we have hot water system that is turned on during the winter and controlled by the thermometer in each apartment. Space heaters are recommended during times when the hot water system is being worked on.You are correct that the wall AC unit located in the living room is what is provided. Moving air, with the help of fans, is recommended for all homes. I am glad we were given the ability to provide housing and work with your son for two years and wish you the both the very best in the future! Hello Tara, thank you for reaching out! I understand your frustration. At this time we are unaware of any of these issues you have stated but will look into them. Yes, Colorado state law has changed in regards to the tow of illegally parked vehicles and we changed our regulations in order to follow those new rules as well. However, needing parking permits is still a requirement as to ensure we aren't having anyone take away parking spaces from the limited parking for our residents. We hope the new parking permits that have been in place for a year are more durable and long lasting, which it seems they are so we are happy about that!
