Preserve At Belmont

If I could give this apartment complex 10 stars I would. I am a contractor and have worked with Heather the property manager for over a year now. Her professionalism is unrivaled and she shows true concern for the residents that live here. Finding a landlord or property manager that actually cares to keep the place looking great is truly a gift these days and it is so refreshing to work with one that keeps up on her property like Heather does. Everytime I have gone into the office she is laughing and joking with the residents in a warm welcoming way. And the place is always packed so Im obviously not the only one who appreciates the way that Heather handles business. 5 stars in every category !

I love living here, Im going on 3 years and this has been the best apartment Ive ever been in. The maintenance is super friendly and amazing to deal with. The manager is the sweetest, youd definitely love it here!

Have lived here for about 2 years now, recently moved out, and I have never had a better time with an apartment complex like I had with the Preserve. Heather will always make sure that you are taken care of and mantance makes sure everything is up to date in a timely manner. If your thinking about an apartment to live in the Preserve at Belmont is the way to go.

Preserve was our home for almost 3 years. From the time we contacted Heather, desperate to snag an apartment, she worked to get us in. The convenience of the location, (1 mile to CSU-P), close to food and shopping, the size of the apartments, the cleanliness of the property, a little dog park- it just had everything we needed. Most neighbors were so friendly. Parking was rarely an issue and there was plenty of spots close to where your door is (the parking complaints in the reviews is because people fail to follow the rules with their parking tags). She fixed the problem months ago. We have lived in 7 rentals over the years and the preserve is easily the best one. Maintenance always came within 24 hours of request. Heather responded to emails and calls immediately. She even goes out of her way to help people with their personal parties with the pool and club house- never have I heard of a manager doing this. She also communicates EVERYTHING to tenants via email, you just have to read your email . Hands down best place we have ever rented.
