The absolute worse place to live even for the price, apartments are trashed so if you do move in make sure you take pictures of EVERYTHING beforehand if you do make the poor choice of living here, gunshots almost every night, cars broken into every night, and when you ask to see security footage of course its never available. Id recommend any apartment before you even think of choosing these ones.

The apartment manager is wonderful, nice and friendly. Good apartments for a good price. Nice neighborhood

Terrible service/management. 1 yr lease went through 3-4 different managers. Upon leaving cleaned more then 8hrs with no damages. Manager looked and commended me on job well done yet still said 1-2 hrs were needed for cleaning base boards and grease above stove...mind you 1br apartment dosent take that long to clean both complaints. Well just recieved deposit back in the mail and turns out they are now charging 4hrs for cleaning and 1hr for touch up paint...needles to say expect no security deposit to be rewarded for "a job well done". Glad to be out
