        Great communication, Lisa (management) and Ray (maintenance) have been very helpful with all needs in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend this complex.

        They have a handyman named ray who is performing task beyond his legal ability. Ray admitted to me he does all of the electrical work as well as plumbing in these units. Very dangerous to have someone who is not certified licensed nor bonded performing jobs that could potentially put residents lives at risk.

        We really like our place at stone gate village apt they are really roomy and it is in a very quiet area and the management is real friendly and nice. I recommend this place for any family with kids

        Do not move here. They do not care about their residents. I went a months without a hot water heater. They never respond to work orders the grounds are full of weeds that they mow like every 3 months. All they care about is getting their rent. I wrote a check 2 dollars short and the manager text message me non stop but they never respond to work orders. All they want is their rent. I m stuck in a lease but dont even have hot water. My hot water is now warm better than nothing I guess. This is a slum lord. DO NOT MOVE HERE.!! I've been here 3 yrs and they mamake me me sign a year lease even though I've lived here 3 yrs. If I could give this place a zero I would.
