North Ridge Heights Townhomes

I initially moved here because I felt it was the best value for the size of home I needed while also being an incredibly convenient location, as I can easily access highway 50 as well as I-25. As long as I've been renting homes, I've never had such a positive experience with management as I have here currently, specifically the most recent on site manager, Ashlei. She is so friendly, so helpful, and just genuinely makes living here enjoyable. There's a lot of value in knowing the people who are there to help you actually want to and will help when you need it. Maintenance is also very easy to work with and issues are solved promptly. I've lived here for 4 years now, and I don't see myself moving anytime soon.

We have lived here for about 7 years and have seen many people come and go. I must say the new property manager Ashlei and maintenance crew, Boyd and Matt, are absolutely wonderful. They are attentive and quick to resolve any issues, whether it be a maintenance request, or any and everything else you can think of. On top of that, the area is GREAT as well. Nice, quiet neighborhood and close enough to shopping, parks and schools, that you can walk anywhere you need to go!

Weve been here almost 4 years. The manager that was here when we moved in had no business being in the position. Work requests took forever, we were charged for things we shouldnt have been, and complaints fell on deaf ears. A real C U Next Tuesday. However, she was finally cast off like the trash she is. The new manager is pretty amazing! Shes easy to talk to, she actually listens, and is getting stuff done. She is really turning this place around!
