Worst customer service ever!!!!!I Do not buy their beds. I have had nothing but problems with my bed since buying it 2 months ago. 3 service calls and its still not fixed. I called for a new mattress since this one is obviously defective and they cant seem to fix it and they wont give me a new trial period with the new mattress. I really never got a trial period because we have not been able to sleep on it comfortably because of the issues we have had with it. On top of that they are still going to charge be the $250 pick up fee even though the bed is defective. And I was never told the base was not part of the trial period so now Im stuck with a $2000 base

I had a very awesome experience in store! The lovely lady helping me was very detailed, super sweet, and not pushy at all. She was very patient as my husband and I decided what we wanted, and our toddler running around. Very helpful considering our needs and wants.

I had the very best experience buying my new Sleep Number bed. Caitlin was so patient with me and didnt try to rush me or push me but let me make my decision on my schedule. Because of Caitlin I bought my new bed from her even though I was moving a few states away.
