My husband and I had a great experience!! We were greeted right at the door and showed us everything they had to offer. Holly helped us out and she was great! She answered all of our questions and walked us through everything! Would definitely recommend her and the store for your mattress needs!!

Super excited for our purchase. This is a review on the store as we are awaiting our mattress but loved the store experience. Mattresses were easy to test and Holly our sales lady was beyond helpful. No pressure and found us the mattress we chose in their outlet store and handled our 1000 questions and 2 hours of our time to decide and mix match bases etc. Even got us financed and within budget. Next day delivery scheduled and cannot wait! Really made this process seamless. Thanks Holly! **** Update: I am not changing my stars yet as this may be more a warehouse discrepancy then store BUT no mattress was delivered! When I called at the end of the delivery window (taking off work, cxl doctor appointment, and removed furniture to make easier path) I was told "they could not find the mattress" . Mind blown, so since it was an outlet mattress it was no longer an option. So we went the route of a cheaper mattress "new" which Holly did make sure to price match and make changes to "reduce" out the door cost to equal the prior order BUT (yes another kicker) I went online (out of curiosity) after the reschedule and confirmed new mattress in place, to find out there is a sale and it is the same exact price but I would get a bonus $200 gift card had I done it myself. I'm hoping to have a new update tomorrow with new mattress delivered and Holly making it right with gift card included... we shall see... stars pending :/ *** Update. Stars 5 to a 2 Day 3 Mattress delivered and adjustable base assembled, went fine nothing special. Definitely feel the base was not worth the cost since it seems if the mattress is not flat it moves more with a bed partner that tosses all night. Which BTW is entire reason for purchase. Not thrilled with purchase and not sure we will get gift card or more help if needed. 3 days of dealing with it all and not even the original mattresss we thought we purchased. Tired. *******Update back up to 5! Holly is great and does everything she can to male things right. I assumed this with our first visit but there's so many loop holes with corporations adding fee plus fee it had me questioning the whole team. But Holly did great at rescheduling a different mattress (delivery pending) and really such a large selection it can be done. It's not an easy process but I do believe I will sleep again! :)
