My wife and I were in need of a new washer and dryer. We have purchased numerous appliances from Jim and his staff. When we arrived Erica was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all of the options they had for machines. We had narrowed it down to a couple of options and Jim happened to come over and gave his opinion and we ended up with the Maytag Pet Pro system. This has been the best washer and dryer we have ever owned. We highly recommend J Days Apppliamce! Thank you Erica and Jim for an excellent recommendation. Brian and Tina Haag

I purchased a Whirlpool Dishwasher from J Day's appliance this past summer. This review may be late but is sincere. Both the quality of the appliance and the customer service from Jim and his staff are excellent.

Purchased a used (refurbished) Whirlpool washer in December 2016 and found the perfect match whirlpool dryer in January. Total bill approximately $350! Delivery cost @ $125 to a third floor walk up! So fair and friendly!

Wow, Nick was a great technician today. I had another tech come out from A&E factory two weeks ago and he said it was the theromstat in my oven. Well that was not the case at all, it was the electric power that was not getting to the oven. Nick knew right away and got it fixed. Thanks J& D Appliance!!
